Welcome to Tiny Camper Company LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a camper, placing a deposit, or using our website www.tinycampercompany.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your build slot. Deposits may be applied to a future build if you are unable to proceed.

  • Deposits lock in the price of your camper at the time of order.

  • Customers have 30 days from deposit to make changes or add upgrades to their build. All changes must be submitted via our online order form.

  • Mid-deposit and final payment terms will be communicated at the time of order.

2. Payments

  • Payments are accepted via secure invoice (Squarespace, QuickBooks, or other approved processors), financing partners (such as Rock Solid Funding), or in person at pickup.

  • All balances must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.

  • For financed builds, certain upgrades may be included in your loan. Please confirm with your lender.

  • Failure to make payments as scheduled may result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Warranty

  • Tiny Camper Company provides a Limited Warranty covering structural elements and specified components.

  • Warranty details, including coverage periods and exclusions, are outlined on our Warranty Page.

  • Customers must submit a completed warranty registration form within 30 days of pickup or delivery. Failure to do so will void the warranty.

  • Warranty service must be performed at our warehouse. Customers are responsible for returning the camper to our facility.

4. Exclusions from Warranty

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (paint fading, scratches, tire wear, etc.)

  • Third-party modifications, coatings, or finishes

  • Damage from overloading, misuse, accidents, negligence, or “acts of God” (storms, flooding, snow buildup, etc.)

  • Unauthorized alterations or modifications

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future build.

  • If you cannot proceed, you may find another buyer to take your build spot.

  • Once production has begun, cancellations will not be accepted and all payments made are non-refundable.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Tiny Camper Company, you agree to:

  • Review your invoice carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

  • Maintain and care for your camper in accordance with our Camper Care Guidelines.

  • Ensure your tow vehicle is properly equipped and rated for the camper’s weight.

  • Operate your camper responsibly and in compliance with local laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tiny Camper Company LLC is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidents

  • Delays in production caused by supply chain issues or factors beyond our control

  • Financial losses related to cancellations, missed trips, or delivery delays

Our liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of covered components under warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.tinycampercompany.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Tiny Camper Company LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Florida.
